• Uphold the standards for total store and evaluate implementation of merchandising plans • Works with merchants in all departments to develop solutions and/or coordinate regional sales plans • Assist stores with POG and CGO maintenance as directed • Evaluate and report to the District Manager the in-stock condition of a store • Evaluate and make recommendations on specific sales initiatives • Adhere to and enforce all physical safety and security, sanitation, and food safety regulations • Improve and support training and development initiatives of Store Management • Evaluate and make recommendations on backroom inventory levels • Support the inventory processing center store • Provide guidance and ensure compliance with the dress code policy • Assist District Manager and Store Managers in talent development • Understand stores related to their customer experience performance metric • Support districts outside of the region on projects that require assistance • Assist District Manager(s) with all aspects of the business • Promote and accomplish the engagement of all associates • Develop internal talent to fill key roles • Drive financial results in the operating region • Achieve results by executing programs, initiatives, and plans • Promote an inviting buying atmosphere for customers • Make strategic plans in collaboration with District Manager(s)
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Business preferred • Minimum of three (3) years' experience
