🎯 Requirements

• Analytics-tailored SQL skills: writing optimized queries & navigating complex data sets • Problem solving: demonstrated abstract problem solving skills, including solving challenges in unique ways • Effective communication: translating technical issues to non-technical team members • Collaboration with software development teams: gathering & communicating software requirements & projecting the impacts of proposed solutions • Managing a team: identifying the strengths and growth opportunities for individuals on your team and facilitating strategies in further develop those individuals • Analytics & data manipulation tools: SQL, R, Python, etc. • Experience working with large data sets • Visualization & reporting: we use Grafana & Tableau • Experience working with product information in an e-commerce setting • Analytics models: DBT, Airflow, etc • Advanced forecasting skills: statistical & other predictive techniques • Git & version control • Experience in a player/ coach role: You can mentor and guide a team but are still willing and able to get in the weeds
