• Responsible for regular instruction and development of incoming branch staff on a consistent schedule. • Classes delivered primarily virtually, occasionally in person. • Evaluate materials for updates to keep curriculum fresh. • Identify ways to improve processes and service delivery. • Build trusted relationships to enhance collaboration. • Interact with others in an open, honest, respectful manner.

Requirements

• Thorough understanding of adult learning types and how best to engage. • Comfort presenting/teaching in a group setting either in person or virtually • Experience facilitating education or instruction via Microsoft Teams • Background experience in education or corporate training • Applicants must be able to show proof that they are legally eligible to work in the United States.
