Description

• Responsible for performing a variety of share and cash reconciling tasks • Review, research, and balance share and cash activities daily • Report out exceptions and escalations to operation teams • Work with operations teams to resolve exception items • Ensure timely and accurate completion of department work • Maintain a high level of accuracy despite complex tasks • Understand basic reconciling concepts • Provides back-up to other desks as assigned

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, operations, financial services, accounting, business processing, analytical, financial, clerical, or call center • Experience in an operational environment • Prior Transfer Agent or Securities Industries experience • Intermediate to advance Microsoft Office skills • Accounting skills highly desirable • Prior reconciling/balancing experiences • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while working in a fast pace, high volume environment
