• 5+ years of experience in an operational or administrative role. • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of training and experience. • Impeccable organizational and time management skills; ability to multitask, prioritize and work under deadline pressure. • A self-starter with the ability to self-manage daily duties. • Excellent interpersonal oral and written communications skills. • Ability to work with all levels of management and staff in a highly professional manner. • Ability to research resources, troubleshoot and solve problems. • Advanced computer skills are a must, including experience with Google, MS Word, Excel, PeopleSoft, Workday, and Coupa. • The role is remote for candidates located in the United States or Canada only.
