• Penta Group is the world's first comprehensive stakeholder solutions firm providing data-driven solutions. • The Brand Strategy team at Penta is seeking a visionary Senior Art Director. • The Senior Art Director will oversee the conceptualization, design, and execution of creative projects across various platforms. • Collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, and strategists to create cohesive, multi-dimensional campaigns. • Provide art direction for photoshoots, video productions, and other visual assets. • Mentor and guide other creatives, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment. • Present creative concepts and deliverables to clients, effectively communicating the strategic rationale behind the work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, a related field, or equivalent industry experience. • 7+ years of professional experience in art direction, design, and visual storytelling, preferably within an agency or creative environment. • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of visually compelling work across multiple media platforms. • Experience in art directing photoshoots, video shoots, and other production processes. • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and design principles. • Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects). • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas and concepts to clients and team members. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines. • Experience mentoring and leading design teams, with a commitment to fostering creativity and collaboration. • Experience working with external vendors and managing the production process for creative projects.
