• Penta is a global company providing data-driven solutions to help clients achieve their objectives in an increasingly complex stakeholder environment. • Our 400+-person global team brings decades of experience in business, government, communications, research, data science, and media. • As Senior Research & Insights Analyst you’ll deliver mixed methods research and provide cutting-edge insight to help drive client businesses forward with data-driven decision-making. • You’ll design and implement a range of qualitative and quantitative research approaches to provide insights leading to actionable strategies.

Requirements

• A thorough understanding of the steps, approach, and research methodologies and the ability to drive the entire process from scoping to completion • Strong data & analytical skills & track record of delivery • Attention to detail and accuracy of output • Adept with sound data visualization skills • Strategic understanding; the ability to connect data, analytics, and high-level thinking • Ability to present complex information clearly and professionally to a variety of audiences • Ability to multi-task and work cross-functionally to prioritize, schedule and work to deadlines
