Description
• People.ai is an AI-powered foundational data platform that helps customers unlock go-to-market success and growth by providing teams with solutions built specifically for their needs. • Providing enhanced pipeline visibility, more actionable insights, and a single source of truth for all sales activities. • Companies rely on their enterprise-ready, patented AI technology. • The Marketing Creative Designer will be responsible for creating a consistent visual identity for the company and using that identity to support marketing efforts and promote People.ai products and services. • This person will design high quality marketing materials including landing pages, graphics, ads, presentations, and more. • As the guardian of the visual brand, the Marketing Creative Designer will collaborate with others to hone the brand voice and ensure brand consistency across all visual assets.
Requirements
• 5+ years of design experience at a B2B company, agency, design company, or related industry. • Experience working within a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Start-up experience is a plus. • Proficiency within tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Webflow, and Slack. • Experience building and maintaining a consistent brand visual identity across all channels (website, graphics, social, ads, etc). • Comfortable with developing processes and best practices and educating stakeholders on what those are. • Comfortable using design to tell the visual story of complex and abstract technologies • Project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize. • Ability to build relationships and work with global teams. • Ability to work independently and effectively within a team. • Comfortable being the sole owner of the design function at the company.
