• Responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. • Achieve regional business goals by developing programs that support strategic marketing campaigns. • Track competitor activities and synthesize learnings into monthly reports. • Collaborate with teams to develop strategies & messages that resonate with local Athletes. • Manage tiered giving program within territory and serve as local representative for grants.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (4-year college degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or Communications) • 3-5 years of related experience as a regional or company merchandise or marketing professional in a retail or multi-unit environment. • Possess a valid driver’s license. • Successfully pass comprehensive criminal background and motor vehicle checks. • Excellent interpersonal and team building skills. • Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment. • Flexible availability in work schedule including some nights, weekends and holidays. • Some travel within territory required.
