Description

โ€ข Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries and requests. โ€ข Provide high quality customer service. โ€ข Monitor HR Shared services communication channels. โ€ข Maintain and update employee records. โ€ข Manage a portfolio of activities in a fast-paced environment. โ€ข Manage requests within SLA and ad hoc projects. โ€ข Complete administrative activities associated with employee record management. โ€ข Support all administrative aspects of the employee lifecycle. โ€ข Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and tools.

Requirements

โ€ข Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. โ€ข Ability to work effectively across cultures. โ€ข Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. โ€ข Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. โ€ข Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. โ€ข Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities โ€ข Previous experience of working with Workday is essential. โ€ข Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role โ€ข Proficient in using MS Office Suite โ€ข Professional attitude within a confidential environment.
