📋 Description

• PerfectServe offers best in KLAS assets in three categories: clinical communications, scheduling, and patient engagement solutions. • Seeking a Director of Software Engineering to lead our healthcare scheduling platform. • Involves guiding a development team, setting technical direction, and collaborating with leadership. • Design and implement a strategy aligned with R&D objectives. • Build, guide, and mentor a team of software engineers. • Define and implement technical strategies and roadmaps aligned with company objectives. • Oversee the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software products and services. • Establish metrics and monitoring systems to track performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction. • Facilitate communication and collaboration within the engineering team and across departments.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related experience. • 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. • Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering SaaS software projects. • Strong foundation in software development principles, architecture, and system design. • Experience with programming languages (Python, .NET, React, and Rails). • Knowledge of cloud computing (AWS) DevOps, CI/CD, and microservices architecture. • Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization. • Experience managing and scaling engineering teams. • Strong ability to mentor, coach, and develop engineers and managers. • Expertise in agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). • Experience in setting technical direction and creating software roadmaps. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions.
