📋 Description
• Remote home-based position • Reports Directly to Director, Operations Planning and Analysis • GEO Subject Matter Expert on volume, donor compensation, labor, Cost per liter and all Operations metrics • Crucial member of the GEO Leadership team • Leads the GEO Operations annual budget process • Teams with GEO leadership to develop monthly donor compensation tactics • Coordinates with other Departments • Partners with regional "ROMs" • Provides mentoring and guidance to GEO team members
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or related field • Master's degree preferred • Typically requires 8 years of related experience • Experience working in a multi cost center structure a plus • POWER BI experience a plus • Master level in Excel • Proficiency in Statistical Analysis software such as R, SPSS, SAS, or Tableau
