• Plans and oversees enterprise-level support and service activities for company products and services • Ensures quality service and operational performance within program and delivery standards • Develops client relationship to identify service needs and drive proactive service mechanisms • Coordinates resolution of service incidents and escalates technical issues • Collaborates to demonstrate support value and identify expanded support opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science or Business or equivalent experience • 3+ years of IT experience specifically with firewalls and networks • 2+ years of customer service or data analysis experience • Strong Excel skills • Knowledge of Spotfire or other business intelligence software • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills • Knowledge of SAP data system is a plus
