Description

• Oversight of the month-end close. • Oversee the consolidation of Group financial results. • Ensure balance sheet reconciliations are prepared and reviewed. • Be the go-to for managing our year-end audit, preparing statutory accounts under US GAAP. • Key focus areas include footnote disclosures, 409(a) stock price valuations, and equity accounting. • Manage deferred revenue, derivative valuations, and warrant accounting. • Drive improvements in financial systems and processes to enhance data accuracy and efficiency. • Manage banking operations and ensure timely payment releases. • Support tax return filings, statutory filings, and investor reporting.

Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 1-2 years post-qualification experience. • Working knowledge of US GAAP, particularly in equity accounting (preferred). • Proficiency in MSOffice, GSuite, and accounting systems (NetSuite preferred). • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work in a high-paced environment with tight deadlines. • Strong communication skills, able to present complex financial information clearly.
