We partner with some of the world's leading edge and hyperscale cloud companies to deliver high-performance, secure, and compliant AI hardware solutions. •What You’ll Do: •Design and Development: Take a hands-on role in the design, development, and deployment of next-generation AI hardware solutions. •Custom Silicon: Engage in the direct design of systems utilizing custom silicon. •Integration: Collaborate closely with software, AI, and product teams. •Prototyping and Production: Lead the end-to-end hardware lifecycle. •Technical Problem-Solving: Dive into complex technical challenges. •Innovation: Stay on the cutting edge of industry trends. •Resource Management: Work with key suppliers, partners, and stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

•Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree (MS or PhD) is preferred but not required. •Experience: 15+ years of hands-on experience in hardware engineering, particularly in the AI or high-performance computing sectors. Direct experience with custom silicon design is essential. •Technical Expertise: Extensive experience in designing and developing hardware systems, with deep knowledge of semiconductor technologies, hardware architecture, and systems integration. •Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional ability to tackle technical challenges head-on, with a hands-on approach to solving complex hardware problems. •Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work directly with cross-functional teams to achieve seamless integration and development. •Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a hands-on approach to adapting to changing priorities and technical demands.
