Description

• Lead proposal development, writing, and editing for RFP responses. • Conduct thorough client research to tailor proposals. • Collaborate with departments for accurate information. • Ensure proposals comply with client and company standards. • Maintain a repository of proposal templates and materials. • Manage multiple RFPs and meet deadlines. • Review proposals for clarity and consistency. • Develop presentation materials as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in proposal writing or a similar role, preferably in the SaaS industry serving government agencies. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong research and analytical skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Familiarity with proposal management software (e.g., Loopio, RFPio) is a plus.
