• The Commercial Enablement Manager is an individual contributor and key member of the Commercial Enablement Team. • This role will provide strategic and administrative support to the Commercial Team. • Responsible for managing training, documentation, communication, and project management. • Deliverables include updates, needs assessments, and maintaining knowledge base and documentation. • Collaborate with internal departments to serve as voice for Commercial Team needs. • Develop, deliver, and update training curriculum targeted towards Commercial Team needs. • Coordinate with internal resources and/or third parties for project execution. • Provide frequent relevant updates to the Personify Health Employer Teams. • Perform frequent team needs assessment for project creation and prioritization. • Measure training effectiveness using creative feedback methods. • Assist in maintaining a searchable resource library for the Commercial Team and partners.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or closely related field • 5+ years’ successful experience in client management/enablement, project management, and/or product training role • Experience working for SaaS company preferred • Experience with all aspects of training including curriculum design, effective training delivery, and comprehension assessment • Experience with online L&D software preferred • Experience managing multiple projects at once, resolving competing priorities, working swiftly under pressure, and meeting project deadlines • Proficiency in Salesforce • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically PowerPoint • Experience with Gainsight preferred
