Description

• The Head of Product Marketing role is responsible for developing and execution the Company’s go-to-market strategy for the Company’s products, ensuring alignment with the customer needs, competitive positioning and business goals. • This role bridges the gap between product development, product management, sales and marketing, leading efforts to create compelling product narratives, drive demand and ensure successful product launches. • The Head of Product Marketing plays a crucial role in ensuring that products are effectively positioned and marketed, driving both product success and business growth through strategic marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Industry: Must have experience in proptech, conveyancing or mortgage lending tech products • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA desirable. • Experience: Proven experience in Product Marketing roles including in a senior leadership position. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively. • Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the UK property market and the specific challenges and opportunities faced by professional services such as conveyancers, lenders and brokers. • Proven Experience in Campaign Design: Extensive experience in designing and delivering successful marketing campaigns specifically targeting conveyancers, lenders, and other professional services in the property market. • ABM Expertise: Strong knowledge and experience in Account-Based Marketing, with a track record of creating targeted, high-impact campaigns for key accounts in a B2B environment. • Customer Engagement & Loyalty Programmes: Demonstrated ability to develop and manage loyalty programs that engage and retain professional services audiences. • Event & Partnership Management: Experience in organising and managing events, as well as developing strategic partnerships, to enhance brand presence and generate new business opportunities. • Leadership & Team Management: Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage, mentor, and develop marketing teams to deliver on strategic objectives. • Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and insights to inform marketing strategy, optimise campaigns, and track ROI.
