• Reporting to the Senior Director, Commercial and HCP Team Lead, the Prevnar 20 Adult, Field Force Marketer Secondee will play a critical role in contributing to flawless execution of the HCP/ Field Force strategy and tactics in order to achieve brand goals and ensure success. • This role is a high-visibility and exciting opportunity to join a critical brand for the vaccines portfolio as well as develop key marketing skills including: (1) setting clear marketing objectives and strategies, (2) developing innovative tactics and resources, (3) directing agencies, (4) driving operational excellence, (5) managing budgets, (6) evolving the physician-based Prevnar 20 Adult clinical narrative • The Prevnar 20 Adult, Field Force Marketer will be accountable for developing and executing HCP strategies and tactics that maximize customer engagement, defend Prevnar 20 share and drive growth in new 50+ patient cohort. • This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who thrives on problem-solving, working in white-space and exposure to new areas.

Requirements

• 7+ years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, majority of which is in the US • US Marketing, Global Marketing, Sales or Accounts experience required • Ability to work independently across senior level stakeholders and demonstrates judgement of what needs to be escalated • Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written) • Strong analytical/planning skills and ability to multi-task under pressure • Proven track record of operating in a fast-paced, high-energy environment • Enthusiasm and self-motivation are essential • Solid understanding of today’s US pharmaceutical environment, with emphasis on the importance of following all Regulatory, Legal and Compliance-related guidelines • MBA preferred but not required • Recent vaccines customer facing experience strongly preferred • Strong familiarity with US marketing landscape including HCPs, Medical Groups / Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), Payers, Pharmacy / Retail, Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) and Physician Buying Groups (PBGs) • Strong Project Management skills • Previous experience interfacing cross-functionally with US brand teams • Understanding of the US contracting dynamics • Ability to anticipate and take appropriate actions -- identifying and raising issues is “expected”, solving them is “good”, and anticipating and preventing issues is considered “excellent” • Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
