📋 Description

• Field Medical colleague responsible for informing customer decision-making and improving population health. • Educate customers on clinical and economic impact of Pfizer medicines and products. • Develop and execute a Medical account plan while representing Medical Affairs. • Analyze workflows to facilitate care processes and improve care efficiencies. • Facilitate development of clinical content with effective use of information technology. • Enhance customer recognition of Pfizer Medical through collaborative projects.

🎯 Requirements

• PharmD, PhD, or equivalent terminal doctoral degree required. • 5+ years relevant experience required with terminal doctorate degree (PharmD, PhD). • Experience in Clinical, formulary, Managed Care, pharmaceutical industry, and/or Quality Improvement. • Data Analytics and/or HEOR activities with strong methodological skills in health services research. • Interacting with payers and other organized customers required. • Excellent oral and written communication skills required. • Demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and handle conflict constructively required. • Strong analytic skills including creativity in identifying and addressing challenges. • Ability to travel 40-50% of time, including overnight travel for meetings.
