Description

• Precision for Medicine is a global precision medicine clinical research services organization. • The Executive Director, Medical serves as a subject matter expert providing medical and scientific expertise. • Provides leadership and mentorship to Senior Medical Directors and Medical Directors. • Supports all tasks from project concept and development through study execution. • Assists in the preparation of the Medical Monitoring Plan and materials for meetings. • Provides safety monitoring on assigned projects. • Interacts with team members, study sites, and clients as needed. • Participates in training opportunities to advance medical knowledge.

Requirements

• MD, DO, MBBS, or equivalent medical qualifications • A minimum of 10 years of experience in clinical research • Line management experience or proven competencies for this position • Experience in managing medical science aspects of complex and global trials • Completed medical residency program • Availability for domestic and international travel including overnight stays • Phase I and Phase II oncology clinical trial experience (preferred) • Maintains current scientific and medical knowledge base (preferred) • Experience in managing complex and global trials (preferred) • CRO or biopharma industry experience preferred (preferred) • Oncology-specific (preferred) • Oncology and/or Hematology Fellowship or equivalent (preferred) • Board Certification or equivalent in Oncology and/or Hematology (preferred)
