📋 Description
• Phantom is revolutionizing the way millions of people interact with the crypto ecosystem. • This role will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and improving our IT systems infrastructure. • You'll work closely with various teams to ensure our technology stack meets the needs of a rapidly growing organization. • Design and implement IT systems improvements, ensuring security, scalability, and optimization. • Administer and configure SSO platform for seamless user authentication across applications. • Troubleshoot complex system issues and implement long-term solutions. • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, policies, and procedures.
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in IT systems engineering or similar role • Expertise in security and system administration • Experience with automation and scripting • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
