Founded in 2015, PHIL is a San Francisco-based, Series D health-tech startup that is building a platform that interfaces between doctors, pharmacies, and patients to streamline the process of patients receiving prescriptions. PHIL’s B2B2C platform provides an end-to-end prescription management and delivery service. The team at PHIL is a group of like-minded individuals from varying backgrounds, passionate about creating a new and innovative healthcare platform that is focused on patient experience and overall human wellbeing. PHIL is seeking an experienced Director of Engineering to lead, drive and grow our Growth & Engineering Operations team for our patient access platform.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience 10+ years of progressive experience in this similar role, preferably within the health-tech sector, large enterprise applications Deep knowledge of workflow engines or applications with high level of configurations and variations across clients Experience working with clients and outcome driven to drive solutions for a positive outcome in dynamic environments Experience handling Engineering Support & Operations with technical knowledge of the tools used, methodologies and processes followed Hands on experience with building the system in the recent job or in the near past is preferred Experience with managing large projects with multiple dependencies and stakeholders and also creative around identifying bottlenecks and road blocks
