• Founded in 2015, Phil is a San Francisco-based, Series D health-tech startup that is building a platform that interfaces between doctors, pharmacies, and patients to streamline the process of patients receiving prescriptions. • Phil’s B2B2C platform provides an end-to-end prescription management and delivery service. • The team at Phil is a group of like-minded individuals from varying backgrounds, passionate about creating a new and innovative healthcare platform focused on patient experience and overall human wellbeing. • We are seeking a highly motivated and outcome-obsessed Solutions Architect leader to establish and grow a new Solutions Architecture department. • As the department lead, you will be responsible for building the team, defining processes, and ensuring continuous growth and refinement of the department’s capabilities. • The ideal candidate will be a results-driven problem solver with exceptional project management skills, able to quickly grasp client requirements and deliver solutions that are both precise and efficient.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or similar • 7+ years of professional experience in solutions architecture, product development, product management, or a similar role. • Minimum 3 years experience leading teams • Proven expertise in managing complex, technology-driven change initiatives within a structured project management framework. • Strong technical background with experience building software using Agile/Scrum methodologies and working directly with engineering teams. • Exceptional organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail. • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate internal teams, with strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. • Excellent communication skills, capable of delivering clear, concise, and effective messages to a variety of stakeholders with a bias towards documentation. • High degree of initiative and ability to work independently to achieve outcomes, demonstrating a high-agency, results-oriented mindset. • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy, capable of balancing precision with productivity. • Experience in highly regulated or complex environments is a plus. (Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Aerospace, etc)
