Description

• We are seeking a technical Resident Solution Architect to lead impactful customer technical projects and guide clients through the implementation of cutting-edge data solutions. • In this role, you will leverage your expertise in cloud-native technologies, Kubernetes, and big data systems to design and deliver production-grade MVPs, reference architectures, and demo applications for our customers. • You will provide hands-on leadership, working closely with both clients and internal teams to ensure successful deployment, post-sales support, and long-term adoption of Acceldata solutions. • Your ability to troubleshoot complex deployments, optimize performance, and resolve product issues will be critical to driving customer success.

Requirements

• 10+ years of related experience in customer-facing pre-sales, post-sales, technical architecture, or consulting roles, with a focus on Cloud Native and Data Lakes. Bachelor’s degree required. • Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role, with a strong understanding of designing and implementing Kubernetes-based solutions, including troubleshooting and optimizing performance, security, and deployments. • Expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their Kubernetes offerings, as well as containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. • Strong background in big data technologies such as Hive, Kafka, Airflow, Databricks, and Snowflake. • Proficient in Python or Java, with experience in coding, documenting solutions, and using white-boarding techniques. • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)) are a plus. • Strong Data Engineering and Data Quality expertise, including Spark. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Experience working directly with clients, including conflict resolution and managing expectations.
