Description
• Customer relationship management through technical knowledge • Installation, testing, and troubleshooting of complex IT networks • Drive continuous improvement of service strategies • Collaborate with team members and coordinate project tasks • Compliance with regulatory requirements and documentation • Install complex systems in clinical and non-clinical environments • Diagnose and resolve electronic and networking problems • Travel required across specified geography
Requirements
• 3+ years in IT technologies or electronics industry • Experience with patient monitoring equipment preferred • Network configuration and troubleshooting experience • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification or willing to obtain within 6 months • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronics, biomedical, or related discipline • Ability to meet physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements
