Description
• Provide pre and post-sale technical support for patient monitoring solutions • Consult, configure, implement, troubleshoot, and maintain systems • Engage customer IT specialists for enhancements and knowledge transfer • Deliver consultative services and act as a subject matter expert • Collaborate with sales and service partners and customers • Comply with vendor credentialing and personal protective equipment requirements
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in computer networking • Hospital patient monitoring experience highly preferred • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues • Extensive knowledge of information system technologies • HL7 and electronic medical record (EMR) knowledge highly preferred • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronics, network administration, or related disciplines, or equivalent • Current and valid CCNP certification required • Effective communicator with ability to influence and negotiate • Able to travel up to 65%
