β€’ Engage with key decision-makers in the tech and data industries. β€’ Source new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound prospecting. β€’ Overcome objections and navigate gatekeepers. β€’ Research accounts to identify stakeholders and generate interest. β€’ Craft engaging cold outreach emails and pitches. β€’ Work closely with Account Executives to develop lead nurturing strategies. β€’ Identify challenges in the sales funnel and provide solutions. β€’ Conduct outbound outreach to connect with executives. β€’ Maintain and update HubSpot to track progress and optimize sales performance.

Requirements

β€’ Must have 2-3+ years of experience in a BDR role. β€’ Ideally within the big data, ETL, or cloud data platforms industry. β€’ Experience with Snowflake or Databricks is a huge plus. β€’ Proven track record in generating qualified leads and driving sales. β€’ Strong understanding of the ETL process and related tools/platforms. β€’ Excellent communication skills. β€’ Proficient in using HubSpot or similar CRM systems. β€’ Self-driven with the ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team. β€’ Entrepreneurial spirit with a hunger for growth. β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. β€’ Ability to communicate effectively over the phone in English. β€’ Driven by quotas, metrics, and continuous growth.
