• Coordinate and track A&E milestones, including structural analysis, construction drawings, and zoning reports. • Assist with project budgeting, purchase orders, and vendor management to ensure financial compliance. • Communicate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to keep projects on track. • Utilize Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, data analysis) to optimize processes and track progress. • Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in project coordination (preferably in A&E, construction, telecom, or engineering). • Advanced Excel skills and experience with project tracking tools. • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
