Description
• Participating in the strategic business decisions for Picus products • Overseeing the lifecycle of customer-facing products from concept through prototyping to launch • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, leveraging insights to inform and maintain product strategy and roadmap • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and business to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive execution • Continuously improving and streamlining processes • Find out, prioritize and review goals to get ahead of market expectations • Analyze the competition and the trends solidify our positioning • Ensuring business goals are aligned with the product • Analyze user interactions and identify opportunities for feature enhancements. • Understand product performance, problems, and improvement points • Define and track key product metrics and KPIs, conducting regular performance reviews and iterating on product features to optimize user experience and achieve business goals
Requirements
• Experience in leading an SAAS product • Experience working with development , business and cross-functional teams • Care deeply about user experience and passionate about problem solving, • Analytical : You use data to make decisions and can capture it yourself or work with others to get it • Results Oriented : You are able to cut to the core of a problem, identify what needs to be done and when, and work with the development team to get solutions shipped • Adaptive to work in dynamic, innovative, fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle • Strong communication skills with people at all levels • Strong quality mindset, great team spirit and passion for continuous improvement • Strong analytical skills, being metrics oriented • Excellent decision making • Strong organizational skills • Proficiency in written and spoken English
