• Senior Product Designer for SMB Product & Design teams delivering financial tools. • Deliver intuitive product experiences and collaborate with internal and external users. • Mentorship and leadership within the design team to maintain high standards.
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years in Consumer Product, Enterprise, SaaS, Service Design or a relevant field with a proven track record of shipping end-to-end workflows and experiences from strategy to execution • Skilled at simplifying complex systems to achieve human-centric solutions that balance simplicity and functionality • Strong attention to detail in information architecture, visual hierarchy, typography, and layout. • Strong visual, verbal, and written communication • You thrive working with project leads and stakeholders, contributing to and aligning with broader team goals • You understand the business impact of design decisions and drive meaningful product value
