Description

• As Sr. UX Designer II, apply user-centered design principles to improve workflow, functionality, and visual appeal of websites and mobile apps. • Gather requirements, define information architecture, create user personas, and document user workflow. • Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. • Apply user research results to create new features and improve existing ones. • Knowledge of visual design and wireframing/prototyping tools required. • Perform user research, usability testing, or facilitate focus groups. • Familiarity with graphic design software packages is essential.

Requirements

• An active U.S. Government issued Secret security clearance (or higher). • 7-10+ years of UX Design experience • Experience working on web and mobile applications in a collaborative, agile environment. • Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. • Strong knowledge of usability principles, user research methodologies, and accessibility standards (508 compliance). • Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and their rationale. • Analytical mindset with a focus on solving complex user problems through design. • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
