📋 Description
• Support configuration and ingestion of data repositories • Oversee visualization of dashboards and data ingestion for end-users • Drive solution development through user research translation into UI requirements and workflows • Design based on usability metrics and customer feedback
🎯 Requirements
• Active Top-Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI • Bachelor’s degree plus 7-10 years' experience, or a Masters Degree plus 5 years of experience • Experience with usability testing, including preparing test plans and associated wireframes, facilitating test sessions, analyzing data, and reporting and presenting results • Experience with creating and documenting information design concepts and solutions by various means, including wireframes, prototypes, and task flow diagrams • Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills and demonstrate experience and capability to make presentations to and interact with end-users • Must have prior experience conducting user interviews, and contextual inquiries • Experience with user tracking and metrics tooling such as Matomo • Experience with visualization of user metrics using Qlik and/or Tableau
