📋 Description
• TiDB is an open-source, cloud-native, distributed SQL database for elastic scale and real-time analytics. • Role Overview: Investor Relations and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). • Manage investor strategy and communications for NA and EMEA. • Drive alignment between financial performance and investor expectations. • Act as a trusted advisor to the company’s executive team. • Responsibilities include developing global IR strategy and managing shareholder relationships. • Ensure compliance with SEC/NASDAQ regulations and global disclosure standards. • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to drive the organization’s strategic financial roadmap. • Lead financial forecasting and planning cycle. • Develop management reporting deliverables and executive-ready presentations. • Spearhead ad hoc strategic initiatives for decision support.
🎯 Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA/CFA required. • Experience: 10+ years in investor relations, FP&A, or corporate finance. • 5-8 years in IR at a high-growth tech/SaaS company or publicly traded firm. • 3-5 years in FP&A supporting multinational regions (NA/EMEA preferred). • Track record managing institutional investors and equity research teams. • Technical Expertise: Advanced financial modeling (DCF, three-statement models, cap tables). • Fluency in SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC/LTV) and cloud infrastructure trends. • Mastery of investor platforms (Q4, IR Insight), ERP systems, and BI tools. • Soft Skills: Executive-level storytelling with the ability to distill technical concepts for investors. • Collaborative leadership in cross-cultural, fast-paced environments.
