📋 Description

• TiDB is an open-source, cloud-native, distributed SQL database for elastic scale and real-time analytics. Large and high-growth organizations in markets as varied as financial services, logistics, gaming, e-commerce and software as a service have successfully deployed and expanded their TiDB footprint on mission-critical applications. • The Partner and Cloud & Alliance Manager will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with key global partners, cloud providers, and technology alliances. • This role will focus on driving collaborative initiatives, co-selling opportunities, and joint go-to-market strategies to accelerate growth and enhance the company’s competitive position in the market.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. • 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliance management, or business development in the technology or cloud industry. • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing strategic partnerships with global technology companies. • Strong understanding of cloud computing, SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS markets. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to travel as needed.
