Description
• Lead the development of TiDB kernel's compute engine • Design cutting-edge compute engines for TiDB, TiKV, and TiFlash • Enhance performance, stability, scalability, and observability of compute engine • Resolve technical challenges for customers • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team • Coach and develop senior engineers
Requirements
• Over 8 years of database-related experience • Proficiency in C/C++/Go/Rust • Strong understanding of computer architecture and distributed computing • Exceptional problem-solving skills • Self-motivated with a passion for technology • Strong communication skills • Familiarity with TiDB ecosystem is a plus • Experience in database kernel development or cloud-based databases is a plus • Knowledge of modern query processing technologies is a plus
