📋 Description
• Design, develop, and maintain databases and database code • Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions • Ensure database performance, security, and data integrity • Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for data migration and integration • Work closely with software developers and analysts to support application database needs • Troubleshoot database issues and optimize performance using indexing and query tuning • Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies • Monitor database health, resource utilization, and optimize database configurations • Stay updated with emerging database technologies and best practices • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality software releases
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred • 8 years of relevant experience • Strong proficiency in SQL and database management systems • Experience with database development tools like PL/SQL Developer • Familiarity with cloud database services • Experience with data warehousing and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) • Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • CSM or Agile experience preferred • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines • Attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality software
