Description

• Location: Remote with some US travel (up to 10 trips per year) • PingWind is looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to provide shippable product, operations support, and security compliance for a large product line of financial technologies. • Conduct DSO Maturity Assessment and assess maturity against Release Process • Identify technical, process, and business gaps • Identify opportunities to implement automated build tools and reduce technical debt • Analyze test-driven development readiness to support automated regression with each change • Assess technical debt and identify ways to reduce footprint, such as decommissioning unused development/test instances • Evaluate existing application DSO maturity and employ a repeatable model to guide team towards continuous value delivery

Requirements

• Required Clearance: Public Trust • Certifications: Microsoft Certified Azure; Microsoft Certified DevOps Engineer Expert • Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other engineering or technical discipline • Required Experience: 6+ years of relevant experience • Excellent problem-solving skills • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills • Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment • Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously • Ability to work as a team member and independently • Ability to research, evaluate, analyze, resolve, and present solutions to problems • Attention to detail • Proactive in identifying and addressing issues • Preferred Experience/Certifications: AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, and ISC 2 preferred
