Description

• The Financial Associate will report to the Senior Director, Corporate Finance, supporting corporate capital transactions and forecasting across the broader Finance department. • This includes but is not limited to complex financial modeling, associated project-level and corporate diligence. • The Finance department operates in a very dynamic environment, and we are looking for a passionate, creative individual who enjoys thinking outside the box to deliver the most optimal set of outcomes for the company. • Pivot’s growth trajectory lends tremendous room for impact and career progression, and this opportunity provides a unique exposure to the mechanics behind large-scale renewables deployment.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of corporate finance, investment banking, project finance, or relevant work experience • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Understanding of project finance concepts and complex capital structures • Passion to learn new things through self-study and structured settings • Exceptional interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building trust and rapport
