• Act as a career coach for candidates and provide expert advice • Handle daily administrative tasks and support candidates and team members • Analyze & monitor KPIs to improve sales numbers • Form long-lasting relations with candidates • Provide personalized service during sales calls • Sell opportunities and assist young professionals in gaining experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in Sales and/or Business Development or similar positions • Be a graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, Business administration, or related fields. • Fluent level of written and spoken English, Knowledge in the local language would be a plus • Good command of MS Office applications • Knowledge in CRM software’s such as Salesforce and HubSpot is a plus. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Being a real Team Player and Hospitalian at heart • Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines. • Sales-oriented profile, competitive and resilient character • Passionate about hospitality and gained previous work experience within hotel operations.
