β€’ Lead one of the most critical work-streams and goals for the company's most important goal for the year. β€’ Gain extensive collaboration opportunities with cross functional leaders across the company (Risk Operations, Product, GTM, Network Enablement, Customer Growth and Experience, Billing), influence technical direction across several critical teams. β€’ Learn to navigate significant technical and organizational complexity to drive impactful outcomes Opportunity to grow their scope from one area (Customer Risk) to a larger organizational scope (Product Platform that encompasses several teams e.g Consumer Risk, Privacy Governance etc)

Requirements

β€’ 8+ years of experience with extensive experience in software engineering with a proven track record of shipping successful projects. β€’ Extensive hands-on experience in software engineering with a proven track record of shipping successful projects. β€’ Excellent cross functional collaboration, communication and project management skills. β€’ Excellent coding, testing and system design skills. β€’ Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide junior engineers. β€’ Experience working with operations, product, design, and data science. β€’ [Nice-to-have] Experience in the customer risk/due diligence engineering domain.
