• We believe that the way people interact with their finances will drastically improve in the next few years. • We’re dedicated to empowering this transformation by building the tools and experiences that thousands of developers use to create their own products. • Plaid powers the tools millions of people rely on to live a healthier financial life. • We work with thousands of companies like Venmo, SoFi, several of the Fortune 500, and many of the largest banks. • Plaid’s network covers 12,000 financial institutions across the US, Canada, UK and Europe. • The Business Systems team utilizes a variety of enterprise tools and solutions to solve many of Plaid's most important operational issues. • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. • You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing sophisticated solutions within the Salesforce platform.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field. • Masters preferred. • 5+ years of hands-on experience leveraging Apex programming and Lightning framework. • 5+ years of experience designing and building applications on the Salesforce platform. • Strong analytical and technical skills, including fluency in SQL. • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment with a high degree of autonomy. • Ability to build productive and positive relationships across the organization at all levels. • Ability to drive consensus across cross-functional teams and influence decision making. • Ability to own Salesforce data integrity.
