Description

• As a part of the Customer Service Team, you will communicate with our customers across various channels and ensure a remarkable Plantura experience. • You will also manage background processes for a smooth shopping experience, such as handling returns and delivery issues. • You will represent Plantura on common review platforms and sustainably strengthen our brand.

Requirements

• You are a true communication talent and enjoy interacting with people, especially in written format. • You have some experience in direct contact with customers. • You are reliable and precise and eager to take responsibility in a dynamic team. • You speak German at a native level and English (B2). • You have between 14 and 20 hours per week to join us, either in our office or from home.
