• As a Territory Sales Manager, you contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional regulatory services and solutions to healthcare providers. • The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for recruiting new customers through traditional and digital channels to expand Platomics' client base. • Identify new business opportunities, conducting market analysis and analyzing customer behavior and needs to leverage insights to drive sales initiatives. • Generate leads, identifying decision makers within targeted leads and initiating the sales process. • Confidently execute sales presentations to potential clients in demonstrations and at conferences. • Together with the Customer Success team, build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, acting as the primary contact for labs and lab associations. • Create strategies to increase potential customers use of our tools and services. • Inside expert on all of Platomics' diagnostic products and services, able to educate healthcare providers on the benefits and applications of our products. • Gather information on barriers preventing market access and/or client acquisition and find appropriate solutions. • Work in close collaboration with internal teams, including Marketing, Customer Success and Product Management, to ensure the improvement of products and services. • Ensure sales activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining the company's integrity and reputation in the healthcare industry. • Attend conferences and events to act as liaison between clients and Platomics and to stay up-to-date with market trends and the competitive landscape.
• Ideally 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales targets • Degree in Life Science, Business or a related field • Experience with IVDs and/or medical devices • Very good German and English language skills, spoken and written, including presentation skills • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as well as to Vienna office once a month • Entrepreneurial spirit with a creative mind, able to work independently and in teams • Self-organized, responsible, and able to meet deadlines • Able and willing to acquire and utilize knowledge quickly
