Description

• Performance and Employee Development • Provide advice and guidance to Store Leaders for all areas of HR • Act as a cultural champion to promote an agile, performance-driven environment • Work closely with employees and management for early return to work opportunities • Support Health & Safety initiatives and recommend disability management practices • Lead translation process for policy development and HR policy training • Understand current employment legislation and HR best practices • Assist in development and implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives • Utilize data to identify trends and diagnose organizational effectiveness issues • Responsible for talent sourcing and acquisition including creating job descriptions • Collaborate with leaders for various departments' hiring processes • Track efficiencies of the hiring process

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or related field • 5+ years in HR Generalist or Business Partner related experience • Proven advanced level of communication in both written and oral in English and French • Demonstrated expertise in developing and managing relationships • Quick learner, creative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented • Strong ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities • Must be able and willing to travel up to 25% of the time • Experience with HRIS software would be considered an asset
