Description

• Provide strong leadership, including coaching, guidance, and support, to a diverse team of engineers • Help to drive the execution of projects and initiatives ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and mitigation plans

Requirements

• Experience with leading a team of engineers in a fast-paced software development environment • Vast experience as a hands-on software engineer using Python and Django or other web framework • Experience with designing, creating and maintaining APIs to drive products and solutions • Coaching or mentorship experience, with a passion for supporting the professional growth and development of team members • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
