Description
• Cash is old school. Out of pocket expenses suck. • Workplaces need to be more trusting, progressive and fun. • We are a Danish fintech startup with a flat hierarchy. • The role involves analyzing, designing, and implementing web-based applications and systems. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, conduct gap analysis, track project milestones, and ensure clear communication.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field. • 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role with a focus on web-based technologies. • Strong understanding of web development stacks, including front-end, back-end, databases, and cloud-based solutions. • Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, and content management systems (CMS). • Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence). • Proficiency in creating detailed business process documentation, system requirements, and technical specifications. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
