📋 Description
• Develop, update, and maintain high-quality documentation for software products developed by PLEXIS. • Create user guides, product manuals, and technical reference materials tailored for clients and internal teams. • Document third-party software tools utilized by PLEXIS. • Create and maintain user documentation for various PLEXIS software products. • Timely and consistent response/turn-around of status reports and documentation required by PLEXIS. • Demonstrate positive attitude toward company, products, and employees. • Responsible for conflict resolution and multi-tasking to maximize project success.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven ability to write clearly and concisely • Research and evaluate new documentation tools and methods • Ability to use basic to advanced formatting features of Microsoft WORD, including styles • Experience using Visio, Acrobat Pro, SnagIt, and SharePoint • Experience with online help authoring tools • Comfortable learning new computer applications • Interact well with engineers and other software professionals to understand functionality, data elements, relationships, and processing rules • Ability to attain proficiency in PLEXIS software applications for which documentation is created and maintained • Ability to present simple to complex ideas and concepts to support end user ease-of-use of the documentation for the products they are using • Self-motivated, self-disciplined, and results-oriented • Knowledge of healthcare claims processing industry practices (while not required, this is highly desirable)
