📋 Description
• Lead and support a culture of innovation and collaboration • Establish and track OKRs and KPIs for Cloud Engineering initiatives • Act as a fractionally billable practitioner on projects • Ensure technical excellence across cloud engineering programs • Support technical solutioning and proposal development • Oversee hiring and succession planning • Drive talent development and mentorship opportunities • Manage bench time utilization • Collaborate with other Capability Leads for engagement
🎯 Requirements
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline • 10+ years of experience in software development or cloud engineering leadership • Experience leading cloud engineering teams with measurable success metrics • Experience partnering with product, UX, and software engineering peers • Experience managing managers and growing talent • Strong ability to connect business needs with cloud technology solutions • Expertise in cloud migrations • Deep understanding of Agile & DevSecOps methodologies • Experience in technical writing, presentations, and proposal development • Expert or Professional level cloud certifications (AWS, Azure preferred)
