ā€¢ At least 1 year experience in a customer support role (preferably in e-commerce platforms) ā€¢ Strong verbal and written communication skills ā€¢ Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems ā€¢ Excellent attention to detail ā€¢ Building trust and rapport with customers through understanding and acknowledgment. ā€¢ Ensuring clear and concise communication for customer understanding. ā€¢ Analyzing situations and providing innovative solutions for customer issues. ā€¢ Recording accurate information and tracking issues meticulously. ā€¢ Quickly adjusting to changes and new information to meet customer needs. ā€¢ Calmly addressing complaints and finding mutually beneficial solutions. ā€¢ Effectively working with others to provide comprehensive solutions.
