The primary objective of this role is to drive the growth of our client's business by engaging potential buyers through outbound outreach and converting them into satisfied customers.
• At least 2 years of experience in B2C or B2B cold calling campaigns. • Experience in discovery calls, scoping calls, creating proposals, and client onboarding. • Excellent communication skills with a neutral or near-native American accent. • Steady employment record with an average tenure of at least 1 year across roles. • Quota-driven mindset: Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas • WFH Set-Up: • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, i5/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor, or MacOs Ventura and up. • At least 50 MBPS wired internet connection and a back-up internet • Working noise-canceling headset • Working camera
• Paid 2-week training • Tools: Salesforce, Phone IQ, Google Meet, Google Suite, Aurora - company-designed tool. • Rate: starting at $5/hour • Probationary period: • High attendance expectations during the first two weeks. • Strict probationary policy: any absences, tardiness, or attendance issues will result in withholding pay. • Exceptional attendance is crucial; failure will lead to removal from the position.
